Responsiveness
When your business stops, so does everything else we are doing. Urgent means urgent.
GAAS Technology Group is a technology consulting firm in Glendale, California. We exist because too many growing companies are stuck choosing between an IT provider that never answers and one that treats every problem as a sales opportunity.
Most of the frustration we hear about is not really technical. It is the sense of being talked past — of approving invoices for things nobody explained and hoping it was necessary.
We work the other way around. Every recommendation we make comes with a plain-language reason, a cost, and an honest answer about what happens if you wait. Sometimes that answer is "nothing much — put it off a quarter." A partner who cannot say that is not giving you advice, they are giving you a quote.
The name reflects the discipline: Guidance, Architecture, Automation, and Security — the four things we believe every growing organization needs from its technology partner, in that order.
These are not aspirations. If we fail one of them on your account, tell us and we will make it right.
When your business stops, so does everything else we are doing. Urgent means urgent.
You see the same dashboards, tickets, and documentation we do. Nothing about your environment is hidden from you.
Every environment we touch gets the same baseline. Security is not an add-on line item you get to decline.
We do not hand you off between departments or blame a vendor. If it is in your environment, it is our problem to resolve.
The person who picks up when you call is the person who can fix the problem. No tiered script, no escalation queue that restarts the conversation from the beginning, no overnight handoff to a team eleven time zones away.
Our engineers hold certifications across the Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA tracks and work across the same platforms your business already depends on. More importantly, they have been on the other side of a 2 a.m. outage and know what that costs you.
Our office sits on East Broadway in downtown Glendale, which puts most of our clients inside a thirty-minute drive. That matters more than it sounds: when a switch dies or an office needs to be moved over a weekend, being local is the difference between same-day and next-week.
Remote support covers clients nationwide, and we are happy to work with distributed teams. But if you want someone to walk in the door and look at the problem, we can.
A short conversation and a free assessment will tell both of us. If we are not the right partner for what you need, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
