Fully Managed
We become your IT department. Flat monthly rate covering support, monitoring, security, and strategy for your whole environment.
- Best for teams without internal IT
- Predictable monthly cost
- Month-to-month after initial term
Engage us for a single project or hand us the whole environment. Either way you get the same team, the same standards, and a clear line of accountability.
Your team should not lose an afternoon to a printer, a password, or a VPN that decided to stop working. We take ownership of day-to-day IT so the people you hired to do the work can actually do it.
Everything runs on a flat monthly rate tied to users and devices. No hourly meter, no incentive for us to let problems linger.
Cloud projects go wrong in predictable ways: the migration stalls halfway, costs run double the estimate, or the new environment quietly loses the redundancy the old one had. We plan for all three before anything moves.
Whether you are consolidating aging servers, moving to Microsoft 365, or right-sizing an Azure or AWS bill that has gotten out of hand, the work starts with an honest look at what you are running today.
Small and mid-size companies are targeted precisely because attackers expect weak controls and no one watching after 6pm. Most breaches we are called in to clean up did not require sophistication — just an unpatched system, a reused password, or a convincing email.
We close those gaps in the order that reduces the most risk per dollar, and we tell you plainly which items can wait.
Passing an audit is a documentation problem as much as a technical one. We implement the controls and produce the evidence — policies, logs, access reviews, and training records — so the audit becomes a formality instead of a scramble.
If a client questionnaire or an insurance renewal is what brought you here, we can usually tell you within a week exactly what stands between you and a clean response.
We implement and evidence controls. Formal certification is issued by an independent auditor or assessor, and we support you through that process.
There is a point where spreadsheets, manual re-entry, and five disconnected systems start costing more than the software that would replace them. We help you find that line, then build across it.
On AI specifically, we are deliberately unglamorous: we look for the repetitive, high-volume tasks where automation pays for itself, and we skip the ones where it does not.
Pricing depends on users, devices, and scope. Every quote is fixed and written before work begins.
We become your IT department. Flat monthly rate covering support, monitoring, security, and strategy for your whole environment.
You have IT staff; we extend them. We take the after-hours load, the specialized projects, and the tooling, so your team can focus on the business.
A defined scope with a fixed price and a finish line — a migration, a security remediation, an office build-out, or a software build.
Critical issues — anything stopping your team from working — are acknowledged in under 15 minutes during business hours and have an engineer actively working the problem shortly after. Managed clients get 24/7 coverage for outages. Lower-priority requests are handled same day.
Managed agreements start with an initial term that covers onboarding, then continue month to month. We would rather keep your business by doing the work well than by holding you to a three-year term.
Managed IT is priced per user and per device, so the number depends on your team size and environment. Projects are quoted at a fixed price after the assessment. You get a written number before anyone starts work, and we do not bill for overruns caused by our own estimate.
It usually is not. We run onboarding in parallel with your current provider, document the environment, stand up our monitoring and backups, and only then transition support. Most clients notice the change only when response times improve.
Both. Most issues resolve faster remotely, but we are based in Glendale and go on site across Los Angeles County for hardware, network work, office moves, and anything that genuinely needs hands on equipment.
Our sweet spot is roughly 10 to 250 employees — large enough that technology problems have real cost, small enough that a dedicated internal IT department is hard to justify. We also take on project work for larger organizations.
That is what the assessment is for. Tell us what is not working and we will tell you what would fix it — in writing, with no obligation.
